PAL is our Police Athletic Club. PAL is for youth between the ages of 5-17 years of age who live in the City of Saint Paul, who like to play, have fun and want to learn social, athletic and educational skills. If this is something you’re interested in, then the St Paul Police Athletic League is for you!
