Former Explorer turned Police Officer

The StarTribune highlighted one of St. Paul’s officers, Pheng Xiong, who was a part of the Explorer program as a teen. The program influenced him to join the Police Force for his career. Now Pheng helps teens who live in the same neighborhood he grew up in.
